Simple answer to your needs, loading ramp and sealing dock shelter

This is unique solution for construction of loading bay with several insulation levels.
Pavilion is erected outside of the door opening. It is welded to UPN profile next to the outside edge of pavement. The front part seals off the connection between truck and the building preventing heat dissipation, access of pollution, rain, dust or air streams disturbing the operators.
It is constructed of steel profiles with screw joints what facilitates transport and assembly process which does not require welding. Roof beams and vertical supports are mounted with screws. There is side drainage for removing water from the roof. Underneath the space is provided for ramp of the vehicle. All structure rust protected by galvanisation.
The standard model is equipped with two adjustable front legs (adjustable height from 800 to 1300mm). Insulated panels 40 mm thick with steel coating on the roof. Insulated panels 40 mm thick on the sides.

Pavilion can be equipped with:

• loading ramp with swivelling or telescopic lip;;
• 1 POLTAU door + Fidelity ramp drive system;
• standard expandable dock shelter with front PVC flaps or inflatable cushion shelter for perfect sealing of the vehicle;

Loading bay pavilion can be additionally equipped with:

• • Roof covered with insulated panels 80mm thick instead of 40 mm thick.
  • Side walls made of insulated panels 80mm thick or simple not insulated sheets with steel layer.
  • Insulation under dock leveller 550 mm from dock level made of insulated panels 40 or 80 mm thick.
  • Rear supports made of adjustable height feet necessary when pavilion is located at an angle to the building (with triangular connector) or when UPN profile on the edge cannot withstand the load.
  • Loading bay leveller – powder painted or galvanised steel structure with 500 or 1000 mm swivelling or telescopic lip 2000-2200 mm wide and 2500 -3000 mm + the length of the lip long and with hydraulic drive.
  • Sectional door dimensions: 3000 mm width x 2800 mm height, panels 40 mm thick

standard – standard width 3420 mm, height 3530 mm, depth 700 mm, front PVC covers reinforced with springs.
inflatable – maximum heat insulation, especially for sealing vehicles and storage areas with frozen goods

Inflatable cushion shelter tightly connects warehouse with the vehicle end prevents heat dissipation, access of rain water, dust and undesirable air streams.

Depth: for standard version the same as length of ramp + 130mm in case of additional support.
Dock height from ground level : adjustable from 800 to 1300 mm.

Triangular connecting section from positions at 30°, 45° and 60° angle with respect to the building wall with powder painted or galvanised steel roof and walls, with various insulation types depending on pavilion type.
Frozen goods storage system with built in leveller for cold storage system enables closing the leveller in the area enclosed by insulated sectional doors what is facilitating further energy savings. Telescopic ramp 2500mm long with front lip 1000mm on pavilion 3000 mm long enables closing of leveller in rest position beyond the sectional door. This way maximum degree of insulation can be achieved.
