GFA drives for industrial doors

Drives GFA ELEKTROMATEN SE are special drives for mass balanced sectional doors. Usually they are installed directly on the door shaft. GFA ELEKTROMATEN SE drives consist of worm gear unit with hollow shaft, equipment for manual emergency start up, integrated limit switches, and electric motor.

In ELEKROMATEN without spring break the worm gear unit is self locking and stops by itself. Emergency manual start-up is performed by use of hand crank NHK or quick chain SK. After manual start-up the door and self locking gear are coupled. Falling down of door leaf is eliminated during failure.

Control system is the crucial element of every efficient door installation. GFA control systems are reliable, durable and easy to use.
They are connected with ELEKTROMATEN drives with not interchangeable plug connectors.

Drives SE are special drives for balanced sectional doors. Usually they are installed directly on the door shaft. They are equipped with all functions for proper door operation according to standard DIN EN 13241.
