POCKET type folding door

On the basis of 25- year experience in designing and producing of automatic systems connected with industrial logistics, CAMPISA Company developed POCKET door – high speed vertical folding door designed for hard working conditions. Simplicity of the design combined with more reliable systems make this product ideal for protection of facilities against heat and cold, dust, pollutions, draughts, noise, humidity, etc. without the need to open or close traditional doors during transit.

POCKET door is produced as self supporting structure which can be made of different materials depending on specific requirements (for example: galvanised steel, stainless steel, steel powder coated with RAL colours).

Electronic control console is factory tested and delivered in the upper vertical frame. During installation it is enough to take it out and mount in the appropriate position using supplied electrical cables.

Galvanised tubular sections are inserted into special pockets located every 500mm of curtain height for ensuring excellent wind resistance and for making possible production of large width doors (due to high rigidity).

Polyester panels (certified fire resistance – Class 2) are available upon request in several colours.

Vertical folding door POCKET is the fastest operating door recommended for installation in all industrial premises with intense traffic and high accident risk areas. It can be mounted inside and outside the passageway opening. In both cases production dimensions regard the operational dimensions after complete door opening.

NOTE:
In case of mounting inside door opening it is recommended to allow minimum 20mm of space on both sides and 50mm above in order to position the upper horizontal frame on vertical support column.
